Returns will be considered on a case by case basis i.e. damage.
- A Non-refundable deposit of 50% will be made on all commission work
- Artist will not be held responsible for error when client signs off on proofing work
- Copyright rules will apply to all designs and instructional packets. Packets may be used for personal use. Teachers can obtain a discount on Packets requested for teaching classes.
